These won’t be a breeze to whip up at home, but I’ll be making the juices concocted by the chef. Never thought of pineapple + cucumber? The green tint is a conversation point. You can add in a squeeze (with a few firm poundings first) of ginger juice and serve in a champagne flute. Very refreshing. Beetroot + grapefruit is a logical contrast of sweet and tart. Gotta try that.
